We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a service-minded attitude to join our new Sales Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our order-to-cash process and enhance the Beneq customer experience. This role is a one-year fixed-term substitute position covering parental leave.
Your Role as a Sales Coordinator:
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the order-delivery-invoicing process and maintaining related customer and delivery communications.
- Handling project, spare parts, and service orders.
- Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Managing invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer information in the SAP system.
- Ensuring operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in similar sales support or customer service tasks.
- Familiarity with invoicing and export document handling.
- Experience with Trade Finance, including bank guarantees and L/C processing.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
